So, you're a Naturopath?

Updated: Nov 22, 2023

The more I work with my clients, the more I learn the importance of being vocal about life-changing experiences. It made me realise how valuable sharing my story can be.

Naturopathy helped me 30 years ago when I lost someone close to me. I was stuck in grief, had no energy, felt exhausted and could not sleep. Physical symptoms, however, were just a tip of the iceberg.

Emotionally lost, I felt completely out of sync with my body and had no idea how to get my life back. I was anxious and scared while feeling numb at the same time. The emotional connection I have had with myself was lost, so was I.

I met a Naturopath called Jude who helped me move forward by giving me the tools I needed - talking, herbal tinctures, food changes and supplements. She guided me and gave me space where I needed it, making sure to support me in staying on the right course of reconnecting with myself.

She helped me heal.

She is the reason over 30 years later that I work as a Naturopath. I found my calling and wanted to share what I have been given with when I most needed it.

Naturopathic Consultation is a process of unwinding all the information wrapped up in physical symptoms and feelings. There are so many, often tiny changes, that can have a huge impact on how we feel physically and mentally, often too subtle to see in a hectic reality that surrounds us. Naturopath’s role is to guide and support in a process of listening to your own body.

To get better, stronger or happier, whatever it is you are looking for, you need to look at the whole of you. You don’t have to just put up with symptoms or stay stuck in once place. We can look for the answers, together.
